Synopsis

Small boy flees adopted home after accidentally setting fire to curtains, bumps into sailor on the run having just murdered his wife's rich lover. As their flights coincide a bond develops, but they are subjects of a massive manhunt.

Full review

Developing man-boy relationship very well explored. Fascinating period background, some must have been shot on location. Narrative rolls along at a pace as the pair overcome various obstacles in their path.
