More social realism from Cantet like Human Resources. Fascinating and comes across as true to life although the narrative line is weak at times. The teacher initially comes across as sympathetic but is later shown to be flawed.

Review of "The Illusionist"

Beautifully drawn (same style as Belleville Rendez-vous) with charming details. An observational drama of mood (fairly lightweight story)
