Review of "The Band's Visit"

Follows their interaction with the local people in the small dead-end town they find themselves stuck in for a night. Some comedy and very nicely portrayed relationships. But what instrument did the fat bearded guy in dark glasses play? In fact who the heck was he?

Review of "Waltz with Bashir"

Animated with complelling score and beautifully eliptical narrative arc taking us on the main character's rememberance through interviews with ex-colleagues who were also there. Very disturbing.
