Supposedly has a strong feminine sub-text which I didn't get at all - perhaps we take it for granted now and its not so odd to write about a world where there is no difference between the sexes (even if ours is still not like that)

Review of "Things We Never Said"

Enjoyed this a lot whilst reading - presses lots of buttons for a bloke in a long term relationship. Brought a tear to the eye at times. Is there a category of literature called Bloke-Romance - romantic books written by men for men. Perhaps the female characters (mother in hospital, family best friend, daughter) a little less well drawn?
