Slow paced comedy

Probably hilarious if you are Finnish or Russian but a bit weird for me as the gags seem obvious and laboured but in a kind-of good way

Not a political war film. Inoffensive to a fault

A proposed civil war in today's USA is just the background to what essentially is a Deliverance style road movie about a set of four journalists travelling through an strange landscape. Entirely without any political content or even context as it strives not to offend anyone the core story is faiirly trite hollywood tropes without any real edge.

Discovering poetry and murder

A good story about an older woman trying to extend her life experience through poetry while grappling with her live-in teenage grandson's social awkwardness problems and their consequences.

Brilliant Modern-day Gangster Movie

With Russian emigrees in London providing the gangster sex trafficing background a young woman has to confront them. Very well made and polished tale, excellent mise-en-scene and atmospheric photography, tautly directed, well acted. Nothing not to like about it.

it seems ridiculous to say it about a tale of a dog and his robot friend, but it was a bit unbelievable at times.
