Synopsis
A mam who worked in a gas station has lost his job and wife and is living with his daughter. While driving home helps a stranded motorist, towing her car 100 miles back to her ranch where he is given a dog - a pedigree large white Argentinian hunting dog.
He travels onward and gets introduced to a dog trainer who knows the breed (a Dogo) and together they start entering the dog in shows with a view to collecting stud fees.
However it turns out the dog is reluctant to perform his natural duty and then escapes. The man finds the dog, who is serving a mongrel bitch, and they drive off into the sunset together.
