Review Summary :
Historical interest with some useful revolutionary theory

Review of "Black Panthers"

A little bit thin on context this is a fragment of life documentary centred on a single event - a rally and demo. A couple of the interviews raised some interesting ideas about how to start a revolution.

Review Summary :
Scenes of totally bizarre Parisian life in 1936

Well it WAS a Crime

I found the milieu of the building where the publisher and laundry were, and the lives and loves of the young women completely strange.

Aside from that the story was clear enough

Review Summary :
A fairly pedestrian horror-thriller with an unbelievable Mcguffin and a predictable plot

Neither horrific nor thrilling

Merits 4 stars largely on the basis of Elisabeth Moss's performance

Review Summary :
So much happens in the back story but all adds to the main event

Compelling Climbing Film

Fascinating insight into how Tommy Caldwell came to be the man who free-climbed the Dawn Wall with partner Kevin Jorgenson.

Review Summary :
Lots of really good archive material and interesting stuff Bob says.

Fascinating for a Dead Head

Slightly flagged towards the end, which was a shame as apart from that it was engrossing.
