Review of "The Deep"

So much better than Gravity seen last week in dealing with on person's struggle alone against impossible odds. We have the back story, we care about the character and what happens to him and the rest of the crew and how he comes to terms with it afterwards. This is a film with human interest, Gravity had none.

Review of "Gravity (3D)"

First the good - 3D quality excellent, technical quality excellent, mise-en-scene excellent. Unfortunately characters extremely poor, narrative linear and uninteresting, drama content nil, human interest content nil. 3 stars solely for the look of it.
