Review of "The Princess of Montpensier"

Simply excellent, atmospheric and engaging, interesting characters and the story brilliantly told/observed. Every scene with so much more in and around it than just what is seen and heard. Elliptical storytelling that really works.

Review of "Sherlock Holmes - a game of shadows"

love the relationship between Holmes & Watson and the slightly Withnail & I seediness of it. Excellent CGI effects for backgrounds etc but not sure about some of the slow motion action previews - a bit irritating apart from in last scene where it adds to the plot.
